You've spent months planning your conference — the speakers, the venue, the agenda. But a month later, attendees remember only a fraction of what they heard. Live graphic recording changes that. As your keynotes and panels unfold, I capture the key ideas on large hand-drawn boards the whole room can watch, giving your audience a visual thread to follow and a finished artifact they'll photograph, share, and remember.

What conference graphic recording looks like

• Keynotes — a 5-foot board capturing the arc and big ideas of each talk
• Panels & Q&A — the different voices and threads mapped visually
• Breakouts & workshops — group thinking made visible in real time
• Summary boards — the whole event distilled into one shareable visual

Attendees gather around the boards at breaks, photograph them, and post them. Your follow-up email has something better than a slide deck: a hand-drawn map of what everyone experienced together.

Pricing

$500 booking fee plus $500 per board or per two hours, whichever gives the higher total. For example, two boards and four hours totals $1,500; four boards and eight hours totals $2,500. Time runs from the beginning of the first listening session through the end of the last, including breaks between sessions. Setup and finishing time are excluded. Travel and materials are added separately. I'm based in Atlanta and travel nationwide.
